I. GENERAL

By ordering a commission you, as the client, agree to these terms:

• I reserve the right to decline and/or terminate the client's commission order without any reason or explanation. In case of termination, please see "Cancellation and Refund policy".
• I can draw NSFW, but I reserve the right to decide wether a request is outside of the boundaries I'll do. All NSFW content will require discussion.
• I will not draw anything of discriminatory and/or political nature. 
• If deadlines are required, they must be discussed and agreed upon before the commission may be accepted. Deadlines will affect the price and whether the order is accepted or not.
• If you want the commission to be private, an extra fee will be required. 

II. PAYMENT

• Payment of 50% upfront must be received before work on the digital artwork can begin.
• Payments are conducted through Paypal only. An invoice to the payment will be provided via e-mail.
• Full payment must be provided before the final full resolution digital artwork can be delivered.

III. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• Full refund can be issued before work on the digital artwork has begun.
• If the commission is being canceled during the actual work process then the refunds will be calculated depending on the progress stage of the digital artwork.
• Once the final digital artwork is delivered, a refund isn't permitted.

IV. PROCESS

By default, the commission will be completed within 3 months. However this timeframe depends on factors such as: Complexity of the artwork, health, work, other projects, traveling, friends, family issues, and other unexpected factors.

If any issues or delays occur, the client will be notified as soon as possible. Screenshots of the work in progress may be provided when:

• The result of the commission in question is not a sketch.
• I want to make sure if the artwork is up to the client's satisfaction.
• The client requests for them.

The client may ask for up to three changes/revisions to the artwork. Beyond that, additional fees may be required for each extra revision. Once the final digital artwork is delivered, additional changes aren't permitted. 

V. POLICY OF USE

The client has the right to use the resulting digital artwork for PERSONAL USE only. Meaning the client may not resell the artwork to third parties or use it for any commercial purposes such as creation and replication of merchandise, prints, etc.

I, the artist, retain all rights over the resulting digital artwork, meaning I'm allowed to use the artwork to post it online, promote myself, use it on portfolios, etc.

If you wish to employ said commission for commercial use or replication, contact me directly for further discussion. 

I notice a sudden increase on the ammount of llamas that people are sending me. Did something happen? Why are people suddenly sending me more llamas.

Time to make progress on the move of art from tumblr to here. Sorry the slow process

I wanted to make a poll suggesting some options of stuff I should post, but i realized I don't have a membership. So instead I'm making just a journal entry.

What would you guys like to see more of posted here?

So...  as some of you may or may not know, for the last few years I've been making Tumblr my new place to post art, leaving DeviantArt on the side. But now that Tumblr has changed their policy about NSFW material, and flagging a lot of my content for no reason what so ever, I believe it's time to migrate back here, and perhaps other sites as well. Stay tuned whoever is still watching this, and hopefully by next year I'll be posting more art and become much more active.
